Description:

This is a Turkish-language, full-color Conan comic published by Alfa Yayınları in 1983 as Issue #2 of the Conan Renkli Serisi. The series was released between 1983 and 1984 and ran for a total of 15 issues, representing one of the earliest color Conan publications in Turkey.

Issue #2 features three different Conan stories compiled from separate sources. One of the stories is taken from Conan the Barbarian Issue #116, while the other two stories are titled “Kara Güçlerin Savaşı” and “Savaş Davulları.” As with other issues in this series, the content follows a mixed compilation format rather than a single continuous narrative.

The cover artwork is taken from The Savage Sword of Conan #27. Similar to Issue #1, the cover does not match the interior stories. This cover–content mismatch was a recurring marketing strategy used by Alfa Yayınları to draw attention with dramatic and recognizable artwork, regardless of story alignment.
