This Ottoman Turkish deed, dated 11 September 1296 AH (23 September 1880 CE), records property located in Kuruçeşme, Istanbul. The deed refers to two distinct properties: a vineyard on Kireçhane Street, No. 6, and a mansion (köşk) on Zincirlikuyu Street, No. 11.

The property is registered as belonging to the Nefs-i Haremeyni Şerifeyn Vakfı, one of the charitable endowments responsible for supporting the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. As with many vakıf lands, the deed notes that the holder must pay an annual rent of 60 akçe to the foundation. Its size is given as approximately 3.5 dönüm (295 zira).
