The shop was part of the Ali Paşa Vakfı (endowment of Grand Vizier Ali Pasha), with an annual obligation of 1 kuruş payable to the vakıf. The deed specifies the boundaries of the shop as adjoining the properties of Selamizade Ali Bey, the descendants of İlyas Bey, and a road.
The share originally belonged to İlyas Beyzade Siyavuş Bey, who passed away in 1304 AH without leaving a male heir.
