This original Ottoman Turkish title deed records a vineyard property located in the İstanos (Zir) area of Ankara, at a locality whose name appears to be “Karagöz” but is uncertain due to the difficulty of reading the Ottoman handwritten text. The property is recorded as belonging to the Sultan Bayezid Waqf among the Mazbut Waqfs (Evkaf-ı Mazbuta). The deed is dated 17 Safer 1325 (1 April 1907) and bears an official seal.
