This is a Turkish-language, black-and-white comic volume based on the highly popular Bonanza television series. Originally broadcast in Turkey for the first time in 1974, Bonanza quickly became a cultural phenomenon, prompting Tay Yayınları to launch a weekly Bonanza comic magazine in 1975.

The Turkish Bonanza comics were adapted from the original American series, which was published in full color. Due to the high cost of color printing in Turkey during the 1970s, the comics were released in black and white, with Turkish artists carefully retracing and redrawing titles and artwork from the original editions. The magazine remained in publication for a little over a year.

Following the magazine issues, the same material was later released in bound volumes (cilt editions). This item is Volume 1, compiling multiple previously issued magazines into a single book.
