Cim Kozmos is a Turkish black-and-white comic book published by Hasal Yayınları, a short-lived publisher that released various comic titles in 1981. Many of these publications appeared under altered titles compared to their original editions, and due to this inconsistent editorial approach, most of Hasal’s comic series had very brief publication runs. Today, these editions are considered obscure and difficult to locate, especially in complete or well-preserved condition.

Issue #1 of Cim Kozmos was published in 1981 and consists of 96 pages. The issue includes the stories Cim Kozmos – Katil Yosunlar, Cim Kozmos – İlk Çağ, and Leopar Çocuk – Kedi Adam. The main character, Cim Kozmos, is the Turkish edition of Sunny Sun, a superhero whose name also headlined a French comic magazine first published in February 1977. The Sunny Sun adventures were written by Jean Sanitas in the first 26 issues and by Jean Ollivier in issues 27 and 28, with artwork by Italian artist Guido Zamperoni.

As was common in Turkish editions of the period, additional content was used as filler material. In this issue, Leopar Çocuk is the Turkish version of Léopard de Lime Street, originally known in English as The Leopard from Lime Street. This practice of combining unrelated series under a single title reflects the publishing realities of early 1980s Turkish comic production and adds to the historical interest of the book.

Due to its altered titles, mixed content, and the fragile nature of the paper used, Cim Kozmos Issue #1 is now regarded as a niche but significant collectible for readers interested in rare Turkish comic adaptations and short-lived publishers of the era.
