Hulk Issue #9 is a Turkish black-and-white comic published in 1988 by Marvel Yayınları as part of the 20-issue Hulk series released between 1987 and 1988. Like the other issues in this series, the comic was originally produced in color by Marvel but published in black and white in Turkey due to the high cost of color printing at the time. The interior pages were recreated by tracing the original artwork onto tracing paper, resulting in a distinctive and slightly simplified visual style unique to the Turkish editions.

This issue once again reflects the characteristic mismatch between cover art and interior content seen throughout the series. The cover is taken from Hulk Vol. 1 #18, while the interior stories are unrelated to the cover illustration.
