Demir Adam Issue #4 is a Turkish black-and-white comic published in 1989 by Alfa Yayınları, as part of the 10-issue Demir Adam series released between 1989 and 1990. As with the other issues in the series, the original Iron Man stories were produced in full color but published in black and white in Turkey due to the high cost of color printing. To offer the comic at a more affordable price, the interior pages were recreated by retracing the original artwork onto tracing paper, a widely used production method in Turkish comic publishing during the late 1980s.

Continuing the established format of the series, Issue #4 contains four separate stories from the original Iron Man run. As was common practice in Turkish editions of the period, there is a deliberate mismatch between the cover and the interior content. The cover artwork is taken from The Invincible Iron Man #83, selected for its strong visual impact, while the interior stories are drawn from issues #81 through #84 of the original series. This editorial approach emphasized eye-catching covers over direct correspondence with the stories inside.

In addition to the main comic content, Issue #4 includes a special section at the end featuring Iron Man drawings sent in by Turkish readers.
