As with the rest of the series, the original Iron Man stories were produced in full color but published in black and white in Turkey due to the high cost of color printing. To keep prices accessible, the interior pages were recreated by retracing the original artwork onto tracing paper, a common production technique used in Turkish comic publishing of the period.

Maintaining the established format of the series, each issue contains four separate stories from the original Iron Man run. Issue #5 follows this structure and once again features a deliberate mismatch between the cover and the interior content. The cover artwork is taken from The Invincible Iron Man #87, chosen for its visual appeal, while the interior stories span issues #85 through #88 of the original series.
