Description:
This original Ottoman deed, dated March 1337 (March 1921), documents the ownership of a partitioned agricultural field (müfrez tarla) located in Balıklı Village, Gümüş Hacı Köy district, Amasya.
The land originally belonged to Saniye Hatun, daughter of Deli Ahmed and wife of Semerci Oğlu Osman. Following her death in 1324 (1908), the property passed to her son Ahmed Ağa’s daughter Hafsa and grandson İbrahim. By mutual agreement, the land was transferred solely to İbrahim.
The deed is valued at 250 kuruş, and contains official Ottoman stamps and seals, adding to its authenticity and historical importance.
