Description:

Zagor is a classic Italian comic book series created by Sergio Bonelli and illustrated by Gallieno Ferri. The character’s real name is Patrick Wilding, the son of Mike and Betty, and he is portrayed as a western–tarzanesque hero living in the fictional forest of Darkwood, located in Pennsylvania in the northeastern United States. Zagor fights to maintain peace between settlers and Native American tribes, combining elements of western, adventure, and jungle-style storytelling.

In Turkey, this series was published by Aksoy Yayıncılık between 1999 and 2000, reaching a total of 15 issues. These editions were printed in Turkish and in black and white, continuing Zagor’s legacy for a new generation of readers.

This issue, number 2, contains the story titled Kraken. The story takes Zagor beyond his usual forest setting into a more mysterious and dangerous adventure, involving a legendary sea creature. Blending elements of horror and adventure, the narrative showcases Zagor facing an unusual and formidable threat, highlighting the series’ ability to mix different genres within its storytelling.

The cover of this edition features artwork by Gallieno Ferri, maintaining the original visual identity of the Italian series and adding to its appeal for collectors.
